Water Bottles and Filters
STURDY HANDLE – Getting in your daily fluids, especially when you exercise, is a must; it helps us perform at our best. The sturdy handle on this water bottle makes for easy transporting during a walk, run or hike.
LEAK-PROOF CAP – Keep the contents of your bottle contained from the beginning of your workout to the end. The leak-proof, stainless-steel shell cap and nylon strap help keep the contents of your bottle safely secured and easily accessible for drinking and refilling.
2.2L CAPACITY – Looking to fulfill your daily water intake needs? Quench your thirst with Everlast’s Champion Water Bottle, containing a large capacity of 2.2 liters.
We have two of Everlast bottles: one black, one clear, and 4.4L of water is enough for two of us most of the times. The size of the bottle is good, not too big and manageable to walk around with. Fits in a backpack perfectly next to a couple of containers with food. The cap secures properly without leaking, strap on the cap is very handy so the cap won’t fall. On the evening before the hike we fill them up with our favorite drink and leave in the fridge overnight. The bottle, if in the backpack, keeps the water cool almost all day long, especially if you wrap some clothes around it. Refilled from a creek, river or lake, the bottle mouth is wide enough for a LifeStraw filter.
Light, durable, handy, and very practical.
The light weight water filter is a necessary emergency addition to our gear in case if 4.4L of water is not enough, like recently on Cascade Mountain. It’s a bit hard to suck filtered water through it, but manageable, and it does not require any batteries, water pump or anything else with extra weight to carry in the backpack. On Cascade there were no any creeks or lakes, but there were a few snow patches. We filled an empty Everlast bottle with snow and were drinking from it through the filter upon melting on our descent, until reached the river and refilled both bottles from it.
